Currently, we are on the lookout for a Senior Estimator who embodies their core values and is ready to take on a dynamic range of predominately high-rise residential projects.

A Senior Estimator who has a demonstrated track record working on a variety of medium and high-rise residential developments ($10M - $50M) with reputable companies accompanied by reliable associated tenures. The position of Senior Estimator will see you responsible for: Preparation of the initial estimating assessment of tenders Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal procurement team to negotiate pricing Comparison and analysis of subcontractor pricing Liaise with the construction teams to finalise tender submission prices prior to submissions Presenting cost estimates to Senior Management and Project Managers Exploring documentation to gain a deep understanding of the project scope of works and tender framework Managing the tender process with the assigned Project Manager including the Bid Submission Desired skills and qualifications that will see you be successful in this role as Senior Estimator: Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying Substantial LOCAL experience (5-10 Years) Estimating in construction with experience in residential and high-rise developments Un-waivered work ethic and desire to be a collaborative team player High level computer skills and numeracy including the following programs: Buildsoft/ Cubit or equivalent, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Word If you are looking to join a company where you will be surrounded by true professionals who don't settle for mediocre and are constantly striving to do better and are able to draw on your extensive experience in all of the above then we welcome your application.
