They deliver projects primarily in the industrial/manufacturing space. Average project values range from $10M-$150M.

Duties & Responsibilities:
This position is suited to a Senior level Estimator, who is used to working autonomously to achieve outcomes. He/She will be part of a vital team working on tenders and pricing work while also developing key relationships as the business moves forward. This team includes some of the most influential Estimating leaders in Australia.
This position would suit either an Intermediate or Senior Estimator with strong D&C skills who is happy to be hands-on.
Measure and create cost plans.
Develop key relationships with Clients and QS to identify future work opportunities and build a pipeline.
Assess Prelim estimates and forecasts against the construction programme.
Manage the Request for Tenders process in the market and gain suitable trade coverage for each tender. Possess a good understanding of the Subcontractor trade market and identify a suitable subcontractor base for each tender/project.
Provide statistical and analytic breakdowns for each tender of trade coverage/risk and opportunities and VM.
Manage and compile tender submissions and returnable schedules within stipulated time frames.
