Your Role: As a Senior Construction Estimator, you will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets by producing efficient and accurate quotations for profitable construction contracts, ensuring clients' needs are met through our value-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough site inspections to gather necessary information. Perform detailed quantity surveying and cost estimates. Implement value engineering to respect client budgets and maximize profit gains. Write comprehensive scopes of work and clearly identify exclusions. Engage subcontractors early to ensure timely and accurate quotes. Prepare tender submissions and issue RFIs. Present numbers to clients transparently, building trust. About You: Proven success in estimating and winning projects between $2-15 million, with a focus on the $4M - $10M range. Can-do attitude with a willingness to challenge the status quo. Established and trusted network of suppliers and contractors. Effective communicator with a solution-focused mindset. Business acumen, understanding the bigger picture from the client's perspective. Committed to achieving team targets and deadlines. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years in an estimating role with a project background. Demonstrated success in estimating and winning projects between $2-15 million. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with the sales team and clients. Preparedness to tackle tasks with incomplete details and make informed decisions. Ability to empathize with clients' perspectives. Ready to Apply?
