Senior Estimator

Your next opportunity:We currently have a great opportunity available for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our Boral Asphalt team in Williamstown VIC 3016.
Reporting to the Area Manager, this role will see you focused on developing and executing Boral Asphalt's business development strategy in the Melbourne Metro region.Your day will involve:Manage and maintain work pipelinePrice projects and peer reviews of tendersMentor the junior estimatorsDeveloping and maintain relationships with key customers and ex-bin clients, including face-to-face catchups and entertainmentWhat we are looking for:Previous experience in an Estimating roleExperience in asphalt or spray sealing is preferred, or Civil or road construction/maintenanceExperience in tender risk and opportunity management (desirable)Ability to form and maintain client and industry partnershipsWhat's on Offer?Competitive salary + tool of trade vehicleGenuine career development opportunities within Boral AustraliaOngoing mentoring and guidance from outstanding industry leaders and colleaguesAccess to a variety of support networks including the Boral Employee Assistance Program
