What you will be doing Read & review plans & engineering to calculate costings on truss, frame, and posi strutsLiaise with and support offshore estimating teamCommunicate with builders/customers regarding plan errorsProvide advice to builders/supervisors/owner buildersAssist estimating team with any questions they have regarding their workDiscuss quoted jobs with in-house detailersWhat you will bring to the role Must have minimum 3 years estimating experience using MiTek softwareStrong attention to detailAbility to compare quotes to ensure competitive pricingAbility to work effectively in a team environmentDemonstrated ability to solve problems in an efficient and consultative mannerCompetent computer knowledge essentialWhat we can offer you The right candidate can look forward to a competitive salary package which will be negotiated based on experience along with the opportunity to work from either our Wangaratta or Reservoir site.
