One of Melbourne's fastest growing builders, who have a product range covering volume, custom-builds and developments, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join their small team!
Your new role
Working on a great mix of projects, the role will see the successful candidate predominantly in a Production Estimating capacity, with key duties involving
• Producing quantity take-offs from architectural drawings,
• Creating purchase order and ensuring materials are ordered as required
• Liaising with site supervisors
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this opportunity, you will have ideally
Ideally 3+ years experience in either production or sales estimating capacity within a residential building environment,
Custom builder experience is preferred
Resourceful nature with the ability to self-manage and problem solve
Proficiency with Beams is desirable is but Databuild or a similar estimating software proficiency is encouraged to apply.
High levels of attention to detail and be willing to work in a collaborative team culture.
What you'll get in return
For your skills this role will see the successful candidate getting a salary commensurate with experience but likely between $90-110k+ is possible for right skills and experience.
