Senior Estimator
to join our award-winning construction division due to our continued growth and securing some of the largest Civil & Landscape packages in the country. Solutions are constantly on the lookout to secure the highest quality candidates within the industry.Range of projects we perform works on:

DevelopersState & Local governmentExperience & skillset required:
Minimum 3+ years' experience as an Estimator on large scale Civil & Landscape packages $3m+Oversee the preparation of tender submissionsGather proposals, blueprints, and review project documentation, plans, details, and specifications of the projectIdentify labour, material, and time requirements using provided documentationPrepare and execute presentations to clients, consultants, and other external stakeholdersEngage in tender review with the Senior Estimator and State Manager prior to submitting any tendersLiaise with project managers during the project to obtain feedback on estimates and modify Benchmark price database accordinglyExtensive experience in Civil methodology & constructabilityComputer skills with measuring software (Adobe, Bluebeam, Mudshark)MUST HAVE FULL AUSTRALIAN WORKING RIGHTSDesired qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Estimating or a related fieldHigh level of written and verbal communication skillsDriver's license and WHS White CardNational Police Check or be willing to obtainWorking with Children Check or willing to obtainWhat we can offer you:
