The Company
My client is a home builder based on the sunny Gold Coast and are about to celebrate a decade in business. Predominantly specialising in first home buyers, they have a steady pipeline of work for the upcoming year across South East QLD and Sydney. Due to demand, they are looking for a Senior Estimator to join their team working on Special Projects.

Requirements

4+ years' experience in a Production Estimating capacity for a residential home builder.
Prior experience working on 180m2-500m2 blocks, townhouse developments, and homes up to $1.5m.
Databuild experience is a necessity.
Proven tenure and longevity in past roles.
