Opportunity to join a highly experienced team as Senior Estimator Tender on a wide variety of different fitout projects Assist in the growth and development of the junior estimating team ABOUT THE COMPANY.
This is a highly regarded national building group with offices throughout Australia. It is a well known and multiple award winning company that prides itself on great quality projects and providing a working environment that employees enjoy. This company supports it's staff very well, giving them the support, guidance, and tools needed to succeed. This company has built many award winning projects, and have recently required the need for an Estimator to assist with estimating and securing projects in the ACT region and it's surrounds. They work on boutique/high value fitout projects valued upwards of $15M.

ABOUT THE ROLE.

Your position will report directly to the General Manager and will see you liaising with a tight-knit and supportive Team. You will be responsible for all end to end Estimating on projects, and will be assisting the company with successful tendering and securing of projects. This position will see you manage and liaise with all stakeholders, and will leverage on your existing contacts and relationships with local subcontractors etc.

DUTIES. Estimating projects Tendering Cost Planning Scope of works preparations Subcontractor negotiations Pre tender planning BOQ's Work with the team to plan programming SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Building degree or equivalent Relevant Estimating experience Demonstrated ability to estimate projects in Canberra CULTURE.
