They have already had a successful 2024 and are gearing up for a busy 2025 and beyond, turning down work as they are too busy! They have a strong pipeline of work from trusted repeat clients and are now hiring an experienced Senior Estimator due to growth and project wins.
They operate across a range of delivery methods, with D&C being a big focus. They are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry.
Specialising in a diverse range of projects including industrial, retail, health, community, and more. A diverse range of project experience is advantageous.

Your Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
Ideally 10 years + industry experience running your own projects between $20m - $80m+
