The Company: JPS have partnered with a highly respected local builder/developer, specialising in multi-residential apartment builds and townhouse developments across South-East Queensland, valued $15mil - $40mil. They have a reputation for being a very stable employer who consistently deliver to a high-quality, boast a team of very skilled individuals, and have a strong pipeline extending into 2026. The Role: As a result of our client's continual growth and development, they are now seeking a Senior Estimator to join their team. Your focus will be on their upcoming townhouse developments and social housing apartment towers, valued $15m - $40mil. This position is based out of their Woolloongabba office, and you will be reporting to an existing Estimating Manager. As this client is a builder/developer, you will be closely involved in the project process all the way from ECI to completion.
