New Senior Estimator OpportunityYour new companyHays have partnered with a reputable multi-residential builder/developer in the Brisbane bayside area to appoint a new senior estimator. Stricly focusing on large scale townhouse developments, this company has a huge pipeline of work in the SEQ area.Your new roleAs a Senior Estimator, you will handle both the sales and production sides of estimating. You will be in charge of preparing contract tenders for submission to the client. You will prepare BOQs for materials needed and factor in labour costs and profit margins.
