Responsibilities Manage the estimating process, by contributing to and bringing together the pricing, documentation and stakeholders/consultants, vendors and partner input. Take the lead estimating role when required and manage and mentor supporting estimators. Coordinate & manage estimate inputs from proposal stakeholders, internal and external SMEs, vendors, subcontractors, designers, consultants etc. as required. Ensure the tender process including estimate reviews in the UGL Way is correctly followed and when requested conduct peer reviews on estimates. About you Tertiary degree qualification to Bachelor status in Engineering. Experience working on Data Centre projects. Strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally. Minimum 5 years experience in a lead or senior estimating role for mechanical/electrical scope; ideally within an engineering/project management/infrastructure environment.
