As a Commercial Construction Estimator with good local experience, you will have established relationships and knowledge of Clients' needs and be able to apply innovation in building efficiency and construction techniques. You will be proactive, self-disciplined in process and motivated to achieve results as you integrate into a genuinely teams-based environment. Relevant tertiary qualifications, and practical Australian experience in Commercial and Industrial building and construction estimatingfrom initial concept, budget estimating, cost planning and tender submissions, would be well rewarded and a distinct advantage.
