Senior Estimator | Civil

The Company:
Our client is a well-established South Australian Civil Contractor who has been successfully operating in the Australian market for over 20 years. They have a solid reputation for delivering technically complex projects to a high standard. The Role:
The position is ideal for an established Civil Estimator who has previous experience within civil infrastructure. You must have previous experience tendering projects over $1m in value and be able to demonstrate success within appropriate industry sectors. Experience within SA working on projects within the civil construction space is a distinct advantage; however, experience interstate working on similar civil engineering projects will be considered.
Key Responsibilities of the role will include: Preparation of Tender Submissions Preparation of Bills of Quantities and Material Takeoffs Reviewing contracts and tender documentation Project planning and programming Budgeting, forecasting and monitoring project financial performance Building sound client relationships Strong Excel and Word skills Ability to work unsupervised The Individual:
You will ideally have tertiary qualifications in an engineering related field with proven experience as an Estimator within the civil engineering or construction sector.
