The Opportunity Melton City Council is going through a period of rapid growth and change, delivering capital and IT projects for the benefit of our growing community.

Sitting in the cross-organisational ePMO, you'll be working with Project Managers, Project Owners, Executive and stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that data and processes are clear and high-quality to build confidence in decision-making and project management.
Key Responsibilities Designing and process mapping best-practice project management processes.Producing fit-for-purpose reports that make sense of project data and enable good decision-making.Supporting the transition from interim PPM software to a future technology.Building the skills and confidence of staff across the organisation to manage projects effectively.Building relationships which make you a trusted advisor rather than the methodology police.About you To be successful in this role you will have the following: Tertiary education with relevant degree or lesser formal qualifications together with extensive and diverse experience in project management.Extensive experience with project management frameworks, understanding methodologies and good governance.The ability to work with ambiguity, pro-actively explore options and solve problems with the customer in mind.Culture and Values Our vision for our community is to be: "A vibrant, safe and liveable city accessible to all" and that means there's a place here for you too.
