```html Senior Environmental & Sustainability Business Partner Weir Minerals Artarmon Hybrid Purpose of Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Environmental & Sustainability Business Partner to join our team at our site at Artarmon. In this role, you will be responsible for driving environmental initiatives and sustainability strategies such as: Managing environmental & sustainability (E&S) compliance Driving continual improvement in E&S systems and performance Identifying and implementing strategies to mitigate environmental risks Coaching leaders and others in the organisation Providing governance to EPA requirements and orders Advising on E&S priorities across the business Reporting directly to the Regional SHE Manager APAC, you will collaborate with various departments to integrate sustainable practices into our day-to-day activities and long-term strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours Develop strategic goals and measures for E&S Support and engage with leaders and operational management Maintain ISO certification Develop and implement environmental strategies and action plans Manage reporting of environmental performance Maintain all relevant environmental licenses, permits, reports and monitoring records Job Knowledge/Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Environmental Engineering or equivalent Proven working experience in environmental, sustainability, carbon emissions & footprint analysis Knowledge of environmental legislation and awareness of key regulatory and other standards for compliance Understanding of requirements to maintain ISO14001:2004 certification Why choose Weir: Be part of a global organization dedicated to building a better future.
