What you'll do: As a Senior Environmental Engineer specialising in Contaminated Site Remediation at WSP in Adelaide, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping sustainable environments and delivering innovative solutions. Here's what you'll be responsible for:
Lead and oversee the design and implementation of remediation solutions across diverse sectors including Oil and Gas, transport, manufacturing, and industrial sites.Conduct comprehensive environmental site assessments, analysing soil, groundwater, soil vapour, ambient air, sediment, and surface water data.Act as Principal Contractor on remediation sites, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality throughout all fieldwork activities.Prepare technical reports such as Validation ESA's, RAPs, and more, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.Collaborate with industry-leading technical specialists and accredited auditors to develop effective remediation measures.Guide and mentor junior staff in project scoping, design, installation, and evaluation of remedial solutions.Foster strong client relationships and manage projects commercially to ensure successful outcomes.Contribute to the development and growth of the local team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.About you: You are an enthusiastic and reliable professional with 7-20 years of experience in delivering substantial projects in contaminated site remediation. Key qualifications and attributes include:
