About Our Client:
Our client is a prominent ecological consulting firm dedicated to fostering sustainable partnerships and ecological equilibrium in NSW and QLD.
In light of their sustained growth, they have an opening for an accomplished Senior Environmental Consultant to join their Team.
This role will be focused on both leading current projects and recently secured projects, as well as collaborating as a team to win further tenders and business.
Position: Senior Environmental Consultant
The role is focused on:
Providing technical excellence in planning & assessment, environmental management and sustainability, and other parts of the business as needed.Client management and business development.Preparing, reviewing and delivering advice, assessments, reports, strategies and programs for clients in the planning, environment and sustainability fields, and other parts of the business as needed.Undertaking high-level analysis, integration and synthesis of information, collecting and analysing data and producing high-quality outputs (advice/reports etc.)
to demonstrate findings that meet or exceed client requirements.Identifying prospects and opportunities and fostering these to maximise potential to win projects.Leading key proposals/tenders and projects.Skills and Experience required: At least 10 years' demonstrated experience in environment, planning, government roles.Advanced knowledge of NSW environment and planning legislation.Advanced knowledge of the NSW development market (infrastructure, energy, resources, water etc.
