Senior Environmental Consultant – Expressions of Interest (EOI) Looking for a Senior Environmental Consulting role with room to grow?
Scaada is taking EOI's to add an Adelaide-based Senior Environmental Consultant to expand its national coverage in Australia.
As an established environmental consultancy with 45 staff specialising in contaminated land assessment, groundwater remediation, auditing and compliance, environmental assessment and approvals, hygiene and hazardous material assessments, environmental due diligence and liability, emergency management, and HSEQ consulting, there are extensive opportunities for learning and upskilling.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be a part of establishing a new office and have the opportunity to impact the culture and project delivery alongside a dynamic team that works collaboratively with clients across a range of projects both nationally and locally.
About you The successful candidate will: Have a minimum of 5-7 years' experience working in the Environmental Consulting industry Hold a degree in environmental science or engineering Experience in client management and project delivery Demonstrated ability to generate opportunities through tendering and business development Sound understanding of SA environmental legislation and HSSE standards Proficient in completing fieldwork abilities including undertaking field tasks as required (soil, groundwater, hazardous surveys, and remediation/validation works) under minimal supervision Experience in completing a range of contaminated land reporting and reviews, providing junior staff within the group with guidance and direction during this process Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability and willingness to travel as required Why work at Scaada?
