As part of the Queensland Environmental Consulting team, this role's focus is to provide input to a range of environmental related projects and associated statutory approvals.
This will include large infrastructure projects and smaller projects in a diverse range of sectors including energy, local and state government and water.
Experience in transport projects is preferred.
The Opportunity  Contribute to a diverse range of environmental projects within the Queensland Environment and Biodiversity team, as well as multi-disciplinary initiatives across the office and region.
Provide expert environmental insights for bids and tenders, helping to secure new opportunities.
Prepare comprehensive project reports for clients, summarizing environmental outcomes and offering strategic advice for optimal results.
Collaborate with various office discipline groups on project-related matters to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions.

Is this role right for you?
4-6 years of industry experience in consulting, private sector, or government roles.
Recognised tertiary qualifications in Environmental Management, Science, Planning, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in environmental planning, impact assessment, and statutory approval processes.
Strong research and analytical skills to support project outcomes.
Exceptional report writing skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
Active membership in relevant professional institutions or significant progress towards eligibility for membership.
