Senior Environmental Advisor

Health, Safety & Environment (Mining, Resources & Energy)
Based in Perth, our client operates conventional Oil & Gas assets and exports to overseas markets.
To support environmental outcomes, a unique opportunity for an Environment Advisor exists to provide invaluable support across environmental compliance and management systems.

About the Role
Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring environmental compliance and management of production activities.
Your success will be underpinned by collaborative stakeholder engagement including regulators.
You will maintain environmental approvals/plans, compliance and risk registers leveraging your understanding of government regulations and guidelines such as NOPSEMA, EPBC and/or Environmental Protection Act.
You will also have the opportunity to manage permits and EMPs to further build on the sustainability of operations.

About You
You are qualified in Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering and have some experience working in the oil & gas or similar industry.
