Job Description Position: Senior Environmental Advisor – Contaminated Land Location: Perth, WA Salary: $90 K - $130 K + super About the Role: As a Senior Environmental Consultant with our client, a leading environmental consultancy in Australia, you'll focus on office-based tasks including analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, specialising in contaminated land.
Responsibilities include: Leading state-wide intrusive investigations.
Conducting site inspections.
Preparing technical reports for environmental assessments.
Your role will utilise expertise in contaminated land guidance to inform decisions and solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the project and teams on complex projects.
Preparing technical reports and proposals, ensuring accurate cost calculations.
Travel throughout the state to undertake surveys, often in remote locations for extended survey periods, while considering your work/life balance.
Making technical decisions and providing solutions based on expertise.

Key Criteria: Degree qualification in environmental science or ecology discipline, zoology.
Significant experience consulting as an environmental scientist/Advisor within the contaminated land sector.
Current drivers' licence (c class), manual preferred.
4-8 years experience in various environmental services.
Proven experience in proposal development and project management, and working as part of a team.
Proven experience in supervision of junior team members, with the ability to mentor and take a leading role in field surveys.
Ability to deliver critical project outcomes under pressure with enthusiasm and drive.
