The Project CPB Contractors, in Alliance partnership with Sedgman, SC Joint Venture (SCJV) has been selected by BHP to undertake the Western Ridge Crusher Project, involving construction of a new primary crusher, a 12-kilometre overland conveyor, radial stacker, and associated stockpiling systems, with a capacity of 30Mtpa. The Project is located on Nyiyaparli Country, approximately 21 Kilometres southwest of Newman, in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Works are commencing now and will go through until mid-2026.

Position Overview We have opportunities for experienced Senior Environment Advisor to join our team. You will play a key role in the success of the project with Project Start Up, implementation of the CPB Contractors Environmental Management Systems, and effectively coordinating the onsite environmental construction elements for the project to CPB's high-quality standards.
Minimum Requirements Tertiary (Bachelor) degree in Environmental Management or associated disciplinesAt least 5 - 7 years' relevant experience in similar environmental space, preferably on Major Infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of ISO Standards and Regulatory requirements relating to EnvironmentalAuditor qualifications would be viewed as desirableExcellent communication and consultation skills with strong attention to detailWillingness to work on a 14 days on, 7 days off, Fly in Fly out roster.We particularly welcome and encourage applications from Indigenous Peoples, women, the LGBTQ+ community, mature workers, Veterans and active-duty armed forces, people with disabilities, and people from different cultural backgrounds.
