About you
As part of Ramboll you will work with a group of experienced, enthusiastic consultants in our Environment and Health team in Newcastle.
You will have the opportunity to work on, and lead, environmental impact assessment and management for a variety of projects.

You will be:

We are after someone with experience in undertaking and leading the environmental impact assessments required to facilitate the approval of developments that enhance the sustainability of our society.
You will become part of our growing Impact Assessment team, focussing on environmental assessments and statutory approvals for a broad range of significant infrastructure and renewable energy projects throughout New South Wales and Australia.

Qualifications Your starting point for constant growth

For this role, we believe your starting points are:
Bachelor's degree in environmental science, environmental planning and/or town planning 5 to 10 years' experience in environmental impact assessment across varied market sectors in the NSW environmental planning process demonstrated experience leading the delivery of environmental impact assessment projects a strong team player with a passion for collaboration and positive attitude a commitment to support the growth of those members of the impact assessment team in the early stages of their career some experience or a willingness to learn the skills required to develop and build client relationships, to facilitate the continued growth of our Impact Assessment team, the Newcastle Office and the Ramboll brand in Australia excellent verbal and written skills demonstrated experience in the management of timelines, quality and budgets a willingness to work with and support other teams to deliver services outside of typical impact assessment services as workload requires full drivers' licence a willingness to travel (local, national and international) for project delivery.
