Here, you'll be inspired and challenged to grow alongside us We're committed to reconciliation and supporting the self-determined role for Traditional Owners/Custodians in water and land management.Your key responsibilitiesBusiness partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor on effective, best practice, risk management methodologies leading to a mature Risk Management Culture. This includes partnering with the business to assist with risk identification, evaluation and documentation; environmental scanning; and facilitating risk identification workshops.Manage & support the Enterprise Risk System ("REMY"): Provide stakeholders with practical advice, technical support, regular education, and system assistance. This will include developing and implementing appropriate back-end workflows; developing insightful risk dashboards and reports; and analysing risk and control information to aid corporate decision makingWork with the Enterprise Risk and Governance Manager to support the program: This includes co-designing and executing the continuous Corporate improvement plan for risk management; assisting in developing Board reports; elevating risk awareness and capability across the organisation (e.g. developing/running Risk Champion network training).What we're looking for:Experience in managing and/or implementing a risk or governance management platformExperience with business partnering including risk management and building relationships internally and externally.Strong experience with providing risk advisory servicesExperience with embedding a positive risk culture, including delivery of education and trainingExperience with preparing effective dashboards and Executive Presentations/Board Papers, well developed written narrative skillsDemonstrated ability to facilitate workshopsDemonstrated ability to be able to influence and negotiate with key stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to problem solve and navigate through complex decision makingTo view the full position description, click HERE .Why Yarra Valley Water?We celebrate and encourage new thinking at every level.
