Role: As a Senior Enterprise Architect you will be reporting to the Head of Technology, Strategy and Architecture. You will provide thought leadership and develop future and target state architectures, technology roadmaps, capability maps, and technology standards for various business domains. You will be responsible for providing architecture governance for major initiatives. By leveraging established governance models and processes, the architect ensures that solutions are compliant with standards and achieve the anticipated benefits.
Govern through Architecture Forums, using documented principles, standards, roadmaps, and blueprints. Lead business initiative Proof-of-Value (PoVs) and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs). Partner with senior business leaders and relevant technology leads to establish business area platform strategy, roadmaps and blueprints You will have: Minimum 5+ years architecture experience Leasing, Payments and property experience is highly advantageous Possesses in-depth knowledge in designing intricate solutions across a variety of technology platforms, including CRM, ERP, HR Systems, Digital Experience Platforms, Data Platforms, as well as Application Integration and Automation. Demonstrates a firm understanding of infrastructure, cloud platforms (such as Azure and GCP), network security, contemporary software development methodologies (including CI/CD and DevSecOps), and Identity and Access Management frameworks. Skilled in developing technology strategies, crafting technology roadmaps, and driving technology-related decision-making processes through collaborative efforts. Proven track record of demystifying complex scenarios, identifying, documenting, and assessing architectural alternatives and their trade-offs, and communicating these effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
