JOB DESCRIPTION: Maintains electoral rolls and provides roll related services in a structured, process-oriented, team-based environment.
Assists with the support and training of enrolment staff.
Undertakes research and project work as required.
SELECTION CRITERIA: ESSENTIAL: Ability to work in a team-based, process-oriented environment and meet weekly performance.
Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and time manage to meet personal and team goals.
Skills in problem solving, including the ability to effectively research to find a solution and to communicate that solution to others.
Ability to use computers and Microsoft Office software effectively in an office.
Proven focus on customer service.
Unless otherwise stated in the Job Description Form, all positions within the WA Electoral Commission require the occupant to be able to use a PC and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
DESIRABLE: Familiarity with enrolment databases.
Knowledge and understanding of relevant electoral legislation and processes.
Ability to read hard copy maps and use mapping software.

WA Electoral Commission engages staff in positions of trust and responsibility.
