Role Summary: You will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering structural engineering services from design to construction. Your expertise will guide small and medium to large-scale projects across multidisciplinary teams, fostering innovation and excellence within ADP.
Your Impact and Growth Opportunities: Financial Leadership: Influence project costing and budgeting, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Drive fee collection and client relationship management to secure new opportunities. Engineering Excellence: Spearhead design documentation across various phases, leading multidisciplinary coordination. Guarantee the adherence to ADP's Quality System through proactive improvement initiatives. Client Engagement: Forge strong client relationships, managing expectations and delivering outstanding service. Represent ADP in discussions that shape project outcomes and strategic opportunities. About You: Experienced: Bringing 8-12 years of structural engineering expertise in buildings in the Australian Market, with a track record of successful project delivery. Qualified: Holding relevant tertiary qualifications and Chartered Engineer and RPEQ status or working towards this. Communicative: Skilled in articulating complex ideas clearly and engaging with diverse stakeholders. Leadership-Driven: Demonstrated ability to lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Analysis software: You will have strong capabilities in structural analysis software as applied to the full range of structural design systems and materials used in buildings. Examples of these required include Spacegass, RAPT, RamConcept, ETABS, Strand7, Tedds, Microstran, Limon and similar.
