The Role We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Engineer – Ports & Maritime to work as part of a cohesive Perth based team to successfully deliver various coastal and maritime engineering services to clients, including government, Port authorities, and private sectors.
As a Senior Engineer, you will provide high-quality design and engineering knowledge and effective project management skills to support ongoing activities and deliver analysis and design tasks as assigned by Managers or Project Managers. You will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness, and coordination of project deliverables to meet client requirements.
Suitable applicants will demonstrate: A minimum of 7+ years' commercial experience in a similar role involving the design of marine structures. Degree qualified in Civil, Structural, or Maritime Engineering (or similar). Established knowledge and experience in asset management, maritime structures, and port engineering. Competence in structural design software such as Space GASS, STAAD, STRAND. Competence in mooring analysis design software, preferably Optimoor. Experience managing project deliverables from start to finish. Excellent interpersonal skills and superior report-writing competencies.
