The position spans across different project phases including pre-design, basic design, and executive project stages, ensuring technical feasibility, optimization, and compliance with updated technical standards. The individual will work closely with local and global teams to manage the design, execution, and coordination of engineering tasks, such as producing drawings, reports, calculations, and technical support.Key responsibilities include:Engineering Delivery: Oversee the development of engineering designs, challenging technical standards, and ensuring the technical-economic efficiency of projects.Collaboration: Facilitate communication between local teams and global centers of excellence, supporting continuous improvement and best practices.Study Coordination: Ensure integration of key technical studies (e.g., collector system, road design, noise studies) into the project to reduce construction risks.Supplier Coordination: Engage with suppliers to incorporate cost-effective, efficient technical solutions into the designs.Standards and Compliance: Ensure adherence to technical standards, local regulations, and company policies.Technical Support: Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, addressing technical and construction challenges.Strategic Support: Contribute to developing construction strategies, policies, and procedures.Legal Compliance: Apply company policies on safety, environmental, and quality standards.The role requires a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (or a related field) with at least 3-5 years of experience in the planning, design, and engineering of PV plants, BESS, substations, and high-voltage lines.
