4/3 days only roster | FIFO from Perth to Port Hedland Performance, Retention and Profit Share Bonuses 18 weeks paid Parental Leave for primary caregivers Company contribution towards private health cover for employees and immediate family About the role: The Asset Management team is currently seeking a Senior Engineer Engineering Projects to join them on a 4:3 FIFO roster based at Port Hedland.
Reporting to the Superintendent Engineering Projects Port, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of sustaining capital projects for Roy Hill at our Port & Rail operations.
This includes, but is not limited to, cost reporting, budget analysis, portfolio management and supervision of project execution phases.
Duties: Manage and support the development of reports, reporting cycles, structure and content to ensure projects are visible and cost, schedule and risk are visible and tracked.
Deliver and support the delivery of successful project outcomes measured in terms of time, cost and quality.
Develop and finalize shutdown management plans for assigned packages in conjunction with the relevant stakeholders and ensure alignment on expectations of quality, cost and schedule.
Manage installation and construction works as required and ensure efficient standards of delivery are maintained.
Planning and scheduling activities for capital works within SAP.
Supervision of the transient workforce as part of various projects and initiatives, this includes, but is not limited to, online and offline (shutdown) works, across our Port operations.
Skills and Experience: Proven experience in portfolio management and reporting.
Proven experience in Fixed Plant Processing Facilities conducting & supervising maintenance and project execution tasks.
Familiarity with Power Bi report building and Sharepoint integration.
Familiarity with SAP.
Planning and scheduling experience will be advantageous.
Understanding of project cost reporting and forecasting.
Experience working within Operational and Brownfields Environments.
Project or Construction Management qualifications will be highly regarded.
