For candidates interested in moving for this role from states outside of Victoria in Australia, we would be delighted to offer relocation assistance for this role.This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to:Provide expertise on strategies, line performance, and technical specificationsContribute to the creation of equipment standards and maintenance of policiesDevelop concepts, prepare business cases, and manage project documentationAssist in implementing asset management and replacement initiativesReview and evaluate the condition of installed cables and distribution line assetsInvestigate equipment failures, draft reports, and make informed technical decisionsEnsure all documentation is current and up to date and participate in auditsProvide technical support for emergency response events as requiredYou don't need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of:Relevant training or qualification in EngineeringEnsure safety in all engineering activities and decision-making processesKnowledge of asset management practices, regulatory frameworks, and standardsExperience in developing and implementing strategic asset management plansProvide input on strategies, line performance, and technical specificationStrong ability to use data-driven insights for decision-makingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaborationA real place to belongWe celebrate unique voices, refreshing perspectives and diversity in our team.
