As our Senior Engagement Officer (Digital Content and Social Media), you will: Drive, inspire and implement creative organic social media posts and campaigns that bring the National Fire Ant Eradication Program's (the program) key messages to audiences.Suggest, write and edit compelling content that promotes the work of the program on various social media platforms and other digital channels using imagery, animation, infographics, and videography.Help manage a vital and dynamic relationship with the key Queensland Government advertising agency to ensure paid campaigns are effective and run on time and on budget every time.Explore new channels and stay up to date with the latest digital and social media trends to continuously improve how we communicate and engage our stakeholders.Evaluate and generate reports on digital and social media coverage and of specific issues as requested and share insights with colleagues and stakeholders.Maintain key internal relationships and provide key strategic digital advertising and marketing advice.Be a champion of proper processes, accountability, record-keeping and audit processes to ensure paid advertising campaigns produce value for money for Queenslanders.What we are looking for: A qualification in communications or marketing, or similar will be highly regarded.
