Unisys is presently recruiting for a Level 3 Endpoint Technical resource to support our valued Government client.
You will be part of a technical team that provides desktop MOE/SOE and application support as well as infrastructure support to a large Government Client Australia wide.
The existing environment is based primarily on Windows 10, with a key focus on moving to cloud, Windows 11 and M365 shared services.
The environment is ever-expanding and evolving, so lots of on the job learning and problem solving is required.
As an Endpoint SME, you will be responsible for high level incident and change management in the Endpoint space, as well as the management of the SCCM and In Tune environment to support the MOE/SOE and packaged applications.
You will also work directly with the Endpoint Manager and the rest of the team for client and vendor meetings, forums and project engagements where required.
Key Responsibilities: Microsoft MECM and/or Intune MOE / SOE, Task Sequence and Advanced Group Policy Management Applications Packaging (both native and App-V), including understanding of MSIX M365 Suite apps, including MS Teams, Share Point and Power BI Advanced Power Shell management Citrix Server and VDI environments Understanding of Microsoft O365 and Cloud Infrastructure (Azure, AWS or similar) Anti-virus software management and application and device whitelisting Industry Certifications highly desirable (specifically Microsoft and Cloud certification) ITIL V3 or V4 Certification Highly desired It is essential that all candidates are Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain & hold a minimum Baseline security clearance (NV1 preferred).
Existing security clearances would be an advantage.
Qualifications: Experience in Level 3 Endpoint Support including Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management.
Strong knowledge in multiple technologies including Microsoft SCCM, Powershell, Advanced Group Policy Management, and Applications Packaging and Deployment.
Provide support and advice to colleagues and level 2 team members through one on one training and knowledge articles.
Requires Minimum of Baseline Security Clearance (NV1 preferred).
Experience in 3rd Level Desktop/Endpoint support to an Enterprise Environment.
SOE Creation, Maintenance, and Deployment, including Windows and Security Updates.
Experience in the M365 stack – In Tune, Azure AD, Sharepoint, Teams, and Exchange Online.
Experience in a Windows 10 and Windows 11 environment.
Experience with migrating from Windows 10 to Windows 11 will be very valuable.
Experience and knowledge of SCCM and MECM infrastructure.
Applications Packaging and Deployment, both native and virtual.
Power Shell automation and scripting.
Manage Security Products including application whitelisting, anti-virus, and USB hardening.
Experience working with BAU and Project teams, and documenting solutions.
Microsoft and ITIL certifications not required, but beneficial.
