Senior Enablement Analyst - Data & Insights

The Senior Enablement Analyst role aims to align data strategy with business goals while delivering impactful insights for optimal operations.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders to align data initiatives with business goals.
Conduct thorough analysis to identify trends, patterns, and root causes.
Collaborate with data teams to define, prioritize, and deliver data products.
Translate complex data into actionable insights via reports and dashboards.
Define and refine operational Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Identify and bridge data gaps across various datasets and systems.

This role requires you to have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
5+ years experience in an analytical role, particularly in supply chain, fulfillment, or customer service operations.
Experience in building data models and conducting in-depth analysis.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with strong statistical analysis skills.
Familiarity with BI platforms like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
Willingness to learn SQL.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
You would benefit from having: Experience with e-commerce fulfillment processes.
Knowledge of inventory management, WMS, OMS, TMS, and 3 PL/transportation carriers.
