The project you will be joining is a new build hospital project that is currently in the design stage.What your day looks like:Lead and manage all aspects of electrical project delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and timely completion within budget constraints.Oversee and mentor a Junior Project Manager, providing guidance and support to drive project goals and team performance.Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project.Manage contract negotiations and compliance with the builder, resolving any issues and ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to streamline workflows, address project needs, and maintain a high standard of safety and quality control.About you:Senior level project manager - 10+ years project management experienceExperience working with Tier 1 builders and dealing with large contracts i.e. $20+ millionExposure to healthcare/medical projects - either new build or refurbishmentProven experience managing large teams, including junior PM'sTop tier electrical contractor experience preferredRenumeration & BenefitsRenumeration based on skills and experience - up to $180k plus superFully maintained company vehicle12 days leisure leave on top of 4 week's annual leaveFlexible working hoursMulti-year projectJoin a reputable contractor with 20 successful years in the industrySite based office in Western SydneyIf you are interested in finding out more about this opportunity, please apply today or email ****** to set up a confidential chat.
