Permanent role – Up to $165,000 plus super plus bonus Bunbury location Reloacation assistance (Australian only) NES has partnered with a tier 1 mining client with a site based down in Bunbury, now on the look out for a Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to join their fast-paced team. Currently they have 11 skilled engineers in the team working on assets across the processing facility. Your role would be assisting the team in electrical maintenance and upgrades, with a strong focus on reliability engineering. Your role: Build effective equipment maintenance strategies and associated documentation to align with Asset Care Plan. Assist in development of asset reliability performance metrics using delay accounting and breakdowns. Assess and action condition based information for critical equipment. Engage with maintenance and production teams to complete defect elimination process and maintenance improvement initiatives. Complete RCAs or 5 WHYs based on weekly downtime of operational areas. Maintain disciplined approach to Asset Management and change control process. Review and analyse work management metrics to ensure compliance to the Work Management processes. Identify and develop all equipment requiring inspections and repairs based on legislative and statutory requirements in master data. Assist in development maintenance budget based on the preventative and corrective maintenance work strategies. Perform equipment strategy reviews to ensure that all task lists and work instructions remain accurate and relevant. Update task lists/work instructions and all relevant master data. About you: Certificate in Asset Management and/or Reliability Centred Maintenance Understanding of Defect Elimination process. Experience in Technical/commercial due-diligence advice. Preparing maintenance & sparing strategy of I&C items. Define the development options and cost estimates. Sound practical knowledge of the requirements of Australian and International standards for E&I systems Experience in participating and/or leading HAZOP, CHAZOP and LOPA workshops and other risk assessments. Senior level experience as an Instrumentation Engineer in Refinery or heavy industry in asset management / maintenance roles. Your benefits: Yearly company bonus.
