Senior Electrical Engineer

You will be working with a company that has decades of combined experience delivering Brownfield & Greenfield projects ranging from minerals processing & mining. Whilst operating globally, they also work across various commodities such as Iron & Steel, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals and water treatment.
You will be working with an established & experienced electrical team working across small & large, domestic and international projects through their life cycle.
Responsibilities: Preparation of conceptual & detailed electrical designs for various types of ore crushing conveyer facilities & associated services. Define & recommend design methods, specifications, and performance of functional requirements for new projects. Supervise the preparation of feasibility studies, reports & surveys, design layouts, bill of quantities and cost estimates. Manage the electrical discipline budget & schedule through projects. Experience: Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) Minimum of 7 years experience, preferably in project design, commissioning, and on site environments. Strong experience in the specification & selection of electrical equipment & instrumentation for mining & process areas. Experience in the design of single line diagrams, electrical schematics, termination diagrams, medium & low voltage equipment including motor control. Electrical experience with multiple commodity types or site-based practical commissioning work will be highly regarded. ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE PERMANENT RESIDENCY OR CITIZENSHIP WITHIN AUSTRALIA.
