TRONOX is a multinational mining, mineral processing and chemical manufacturing company.With approximately 6,500 employees across six continents, our rich diversity, unmatched vertical integration model, and unparalleled operational and technical expertise across the value chain, position Tronox as the preeminent titanium dioxide producer in the world.About TRONOX Tronox is a fully integrated titanium minerals producer and pigment manufacturer.Across our Australian operations, we extract and process rich mineral sands into a range of valuable products including ilmenite, zircon, rutile, and titanium dioxide pigment which are then exported to international markets.Our sites are part of the global operations of Tronox Limited, the world's leading integrated manufacturer of titanium dioxide.Why join us?We offer a competitive salary and benefits package that includes; 38 hour average week with a compressed 9 day fortnight option Eligibility to participate in the Tronox bonus scheme 12% Superannuation Early access to Long Service Leave at 5 years (pro-rata) An annual leave purchase program Company paid salary continuance, journey, TPD & life insurances Paid parental leave policy Annual health related programs and benefits Novated leasing options available A service award program An  inclusive culture  where people are seen as people.About the Role  We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Reliability and Integrity team at our  Kwinana Pigment Plant.This role will play a key role in supporting the operational and compliance needs for electrical systems for our plant.Core Responsibilities: Support production continuity, operational efficiency, and electrical safety.Lead the design, development, and testing of electrical and instrumentation systems and components for our cutting-edge projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.Managing all electrical documentation including, but not limited to: Policies, procedures, and standards Designs and drawings Electrical safety dossier including electrical equipment located in hazardous areas.Support periodic shutdown including and not limited to switching activities.Maintaining electrical documentation, as required by legislation and engineering best practice.Implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and verify the effectiveness of critical controls.Lead troubleshooting efforts, formulate and complete corrective actions to mitigate or eliminate root causes of electrical failures or malfunctions.Conduct testing and analysis to verify the functionality, reliability, and safety of electrical systems (both LV and HV).Establish effective working relationships with stakeholders to support electrical compliance, improve plant integrity, improve day to day electrical maintenance (insulation, earthing, protection replays)  Proactively identifying risks to current and future operations, providing solutions to investigate and mitigate such risks.Collaborate with the asset improvement team, projects, planning, and electrical maintenance to achieve long term improvement and provide day to day operational support.Support Business case development to initiate asset replacement program led by Asset Improvement Team.About you: To be successful in this role you will ideally possess: A relevant tertiary-level qualification in Electrical and Instrumentation  7-10 years experience in an electrical, maintenance or reliability engineering role within a chemical manufacturing plant or similar major hazard facility Knowledge of electrical ELV, LV and HV distribution systems and drive systems High Voltage switching, propulsion and/or onboard distribution system experience.Experience in facilitating Defect Elimination (DE), Continuous Improvement (CI) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Strong conceptual thinking and analytical focus Excellent problem-solving skills and continual improvement focus Knowledge of computer management systems (SAP, MS Office etc) Working closely with maintenance team Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Next Steps If you're ready to join us in shaping the future of Titanium Dioxide and making a positive impact through innovation, Click " Apply"  and start your bright journey with Tronox!Tronox is committed to building and retaining a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects the communities in which we operate..
