This role will further strengthen our expanding Electrical Engineering team in Brisbane. We are seeking candidates from one or more of the following industries: Water Mining Industrial Manufacturing Defence Oil and Gas The successful candidate will be skilled at the following: Playing a key part in the development of detailed electrical design and project documentation Strong knowledge of electrical engineering, design processes and validations Demonstrated understanding of key electrical Australian Standards, such as AS/NZS 3000, AS/NZS 3008, AS/NZS 61439 Demonstrated team and leadership skills, including supervision of engineering and drafting resources. Experience with PowerCAD, PTW, ETAP or similar electrical installation software to support design. Practical experience with industrial electrical installations (such as construction, commissioning, or maintenance experience) Knowledge of control systems, communications networks, and instrumentation Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, on schedule and on budget. Supporting and driving a HSEQ centric culture within the company Client focused with strong communication skills. Engineers Australia recognised Degree in Electrical Engineering (professional engineer level) RPEQ certification or ability to attain RPEQ certification.
