Competitive salary with lucrative site uplifts.Continuous opportunities for professional growth and development.Embrace a safety-conscious, collaborative, and innovative work environment.Unlock your career potential with our clear advancement pathways.Your Responsibilities Include: Lead your team of designers to complete MV reticulation and protection including switch room design and builds within large scale industrial manufacturing facilitiesProvide expert consultation, designs, and estimations of MV and LV reticulation systems for Hydro Power Station and Mining UpgradesConduct comprehensive Power System Modelling and Analysis Studies.About You: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.Chartered Status (CPEng) is a prerequisites.Proficiency in design quality assurance processes and relevant standards.Skilled in generating detailed technical reports and project scopes.Strong understanding of HV substations, control, automation, and protection systems.Experienced in coaching, mentoring, and leading engineering teams.Design of substation Earthing would be highly regarded.Excellent problem-solving abilities and adept at working independently or collaboratively.Effective communicator with a willingness to travel for project assignments.Demonstrated experience in CAD software such as AutoCad.Demonstrated experience in Power System Analysis using PowerCad, PTW or ETAP would be highly regarded.At PHE Engineering, we value your expertise and offer a platform for your professional and personal growth.
