As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.
Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
About Goodstart Dubbo – Wheelers Lane: Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Dubbo - Wheelers Lane is in a residential area, close to schools, shops and main roads making the daily drop-off and pick-up more convenient.
Our centre is equipped with large classrooms – from Nursery to Kindergarten / Preschool - and playgrounds, catering for children aged from six weeks through to five years.
We also offer before and after school care for children up to 12 years of age.
We cater for each child at an individual level through play-based learning, to inspire a love of learning and investigation.
Our dedicated educators are experienced and strive to create learning experiences that are culturally diverse, fun and educational.
They provide children with the knowledge and skills that will help them to become confident and independent learners.
Educators regularly attend professional development opportunities to keep up to date with best practice in early learning and development.
