As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
About Goodstart Cairns: Our intimate 73-place centre proudly features a diverse array of cultural languages, including Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, Filipino, Punjabi, Pidgin, and Sinhalese. Our dedicated staff, with service durations ranging from 3 to 22 years, provide long-term stability and commitment. Conveniently situated near the city, our centre is within walking distance of local shops and has a bus stop right in front. Each room has its own yard, ensuring that children receive age-appropriate activities and learning experiences.
