As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.

About Goodstart Tarragindi: * Goodstart Tarragindi is a small centre located ten minutes from the CBD, close to schools, shops, residential estates and main roads.
* Our staff pride themselves on delivering all children a fun and educational opportunity each and every time they are in our care.
* Inside the rooms - from Nursery to Kindergarten – educational experiences are set up in line with the Early Years Learning Framework, with sensory and play based learning opportunities.
* Colourful, stimulating surrounds ensure the children have the chance to grow and develop through sensory, play-based learning and we are focused on ensuring the children are ready to take that all important step up to school.
* Outside, we have age appropriate play spaces and equipment, all geared to enhance the children's awareness of their surrounds and the greater environment, as well as their understanding of the importance of sustainability.
Our two play areas have sandpits, a vegetable patch, mud kitchens, bark pits, forts, bike paths, cubby houses and lots of shade.
* Community is also important to us and through visits to the centre and participation in events and activities throughout the year, we are able to enrich each child's learning experiences.
Art and music experiences are provided on a daily basis which allow the children to freely express their creativity.
* We hold lots of special events throughout the year which allows the children to express their creativity and step into their imaginary world for a day.
Special Events include 'Pirates and Princess Day' and 'Wear Your Favourite Colour Day' as well as inviting outside community members to visit the children at the centre such as the local police, ambulance and fire station.
