The position will focus on building on the knowledge and capability of school leaders and educators in educational programming and practice (National Quality Standards 1 and 5) to support learners in kindergarten, including those in composite classroom settings.The successful applicant must possess a 4-year early childhood teaching qualification, demonstrate an understanding of the Australian Curriculum, Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline, Age-Appropriate Pedagogies, and effective Transitions.
