Launceston General Hospital invites dedicated Senior ED Registrars to join its Emergency Department team for locum dates in June and July.

As the senior ED doctor capable of doing nights in charge, you will lead both in-charge and non-charge shifts during June and July.
Your role involves overseeing emergency medical care, managing the ED team, and ensuring efficient patient management.
Launceston is the major regional referral hospital and provides ACEM training.
Comprehensive support throughout your locum tenure.
All nights are staffed by 1 senior registrar & 1-2 Jnr registrars and 2-3 JMOs.
Multiple FACEMs are on site from 0800-2400.
FACEM on-call from 2400-0800.
Most key sub-specialties on-site, including 24/7 Cath lab, ECMO-capable ICU.

Dates Available Dates: 6th June – 27th July 2024 and a mix between Day and Night Shifts, depending on the roster.
Benefits Provided $2400 per day (IC) all-inclusive.
$2000 per day (non-IC) all-inclusive.
Payment method either by Prescript payroll (rate inclusive of super with salary packaging available) or via invoice (speak to Prescript about business structure and business insurances required).
Flights reimbursed; Hire car and accommodation provided.
