This role involves managing and delivering Partner in the Community Early Childhood Coordination services within the Brotherhood of St Laurence (BSL) Disability Services Division.  Location: North East Melbourne Area (NEMA) region - based at our BSL NDIS Banyule & Nillumbik Office  (Greensborough, VIC 3088). The role will involve working across sites within the service area. Salary:  A competitive remuneration package ranging from $105,621.82 - $110,284.40 per annum + 11% superannuation and $13,000 vehicle allowance! As a Senior Early Childhood Coordinator (SECC) , you are responsible for the delivery and implementation of Partner in the Community Early Childhood Coordination Services in a defined geographical area. You will lead a small specialist team as well as deliver family centered information, assessments, planning and support services in line with the NDIS Early Childhood approach. As a Senior Early Childhood Coordinator (SECC), you will have specialist knowledge of allied health or early childhood education with expertise and experience in leadership, early childhood development and disability. You will be aware of and able to mentor others in providing service in line with the ECIA best practice guidelines. ABOUT YOU We are seeking applicants who have:  Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelors or higher) in allied health, social work, early childhood teaching. Registration with AHPRA, AASW, VIT or any other relevant body. Relevant qualifications and/or experience in the disability sector, or awareness of the impact of existing or acquired disability upon individuals, families/carers, and the community. Industry experience working either with children, families, or disability.  Extensive knowledge and application of early childhood development, developmental delay, and the early intervention service sector. Demonstrated understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), the Early Childhood approach and Early Childhood best practice principles.  Experience in mentoring and coaching team members to ensure consistency and quality within the Early Childhood team.  Apply to join us and help lead this exciting new phase of Disability Services.
