We are seeking experienced Senior E&I Project Engineers to join our expanding team in Perth. These positions will play a crucial role in enhancing our portfolios within the Metals and Minerals EPCM sector.
About the role Reporting to the Lead Project Engineer to deliver within project scope while monitoring progress to ensure adherence to the project schedule and budget parameters. Proactively manage project scope changes, assessing impacts on quantity, cost, and timeline to maintain project integrity and client satisfaction. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring open communication and alignment with strategic objectives. Interfacing with discipline engineers to ensure procurement and contracts strategies and requirements are met. Coordinate and expedite procurement and contracts package market engagements and quotation requests. Conducting technical and commercial reviews to ensure compliance with project goals. Manage third party consultants to the project schedule and budget including all project technical interfaces and requirements are aligned. About you Relevant EPCM/EPC experience, particularly in managing switchroom manufacturing and site EI&C supply and installation contracts. Site / Field experience will be highly advantageous. Possess an Electrical Engineering degree from a recognized tertiary institution or equivalent professional experience. Demonstrated experience in mining and minerals studies and/or projects, showcasing a deep understanding of the sector. Proven background in process plants and mining projects, with essential experience in operations or construction. Significant expertise in project scheduling, planning, cost control, estimating, and reporting, ensuring effective project execution. Exceptional communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling the effective resolution of complex project challenges.
