The Senior E Commerce Growth Manager is responsible for planning and executing Postpaid Mobile Consumer and Business segments across eCommerce experiences at Optus.
The role strives to optimise and drive growth in sales, identify growth opportunities and revenue mix across Optus Online Sales channels.
Your day in the life of a Senior E Commerce Growth Manager at Optus Be accountable for the engagement and delivery on behalf of the Mobile portfolio, ensuring transversal consistency of product-based knowledge regarding Mobile.
Meet and exceed standards for sales techniques across digital and traditional channels.
Ensure compliant, low-risk, and customer-first executions.
Drive a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
Achieve Online Sales targets for Mobile.
Manage the performance of the Mobile Online Shop across the website, Shop in App and Webchat.
Ensure accurate data for effective processing.
Champion a Digital-first culture across Optus.
Your skills Ability to prioritise and capacity planning to ensure optimisation, eCommerce strategy, and funnel enhancements are continuously worked on to achieve AOP objectives.
Experience in robust forecasting and modelling to accurately provide the business with a forward-looking view of performance in often unsteady market conditions.
A track record Interfacing between traditional business units and Agile tribes and acting as an important liaison to thread priorities together.
Someone who excels at empowering others, collaborating effectively, and continuously improving.
Flexible, adaptable to change, and you enjoy dynamic environments.
